enb14
I have the same problem but I was trying both things GPT and MBR and none of them worked. Any one else have fixed this, my BIOS supports booting from USB so has anybody successfully booted OSX from USB?

boxtyman
So, anyone cracked it? My OSX boots well with the (SATA) disk inside the mobile: same disk in a usb2 box I get a system not found message. The disk is primary and active. The BIOS says I can boot from HDD external but ...... sod all! Fujitsu bamilo 1536 dual core, 1mb ram. I 'd love to sort this as I need my XP/Vista disk for work and can't take risks. Help.
