hfs+ partition error, lost information?

I have a laptop (sony vaio fz21s). I install ideneb 10.5.5 on a external usb disk. Playing with the programs, in osx86 tools I touch something like.. "install efi...." (i dont remember).

 

Normally, when I take out the usb hard disk, Windows vista turn on, but now, after touch the button on osx86 tools, when i reboot, i get:

 

boot0: MBR

boot0: done

HFS+ partition error

 

I lost my information on the disk of windows vista?
