TrueDef Posted December 26, 2008 Share Posted December 26, 2008 I will be building a new pc with the following components: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33GHz 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Processor ASUS P5N-D LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory GIGABYTE GV-R467D3-512I Radeon HD 4670 512MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card I need to know if I can run Leopard on it, I also want to split my OS drive into two partions, so i can later have two os's on it. I plan to build in within the next month, I need to know what ISO to get. asofan Posted December 29, 2008 Share Posted December 29, 2008 the specs look good, but just to make sure, check the Hardware Compatibility list in the osx86 project page. re the best distro, I think you should wait for the next 10.5.6 version of leo4all or iatkos. you are still a month away. And yes, you can have as many Operating systems as you want as long as you have a big hard drive. I suggest you install Windows Vista, Ubuntu Intrepid, and Mac OS X 10.5.6. have fun!
