comzee
I used kalyway's 10.5.2 installation disk to install leopard on my PC. Everything works wonderfully, I have 100% of the drivers working. The thing is, the 10.5.6 update makes my PC go into kernel panic because of some kext problem. I have a few question regarding this. First, Do I even need to update to 10.5.6, would it be just as beneficial just to opt for 10.5.4? If 10.5.6 is a substantial upgrade is there any simple tutorials to subvert the kernel panic issue when installing it. I found this one, but it doesn't work for me http://insanelymac.blogspot.com/2008/12/pr...pdating-to.html. I also found a specific thread on my mother board, but I didn't find much info there for upgrading to 10.5.6 http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=26858. So, should I upgrade to 10.5.6? Should I just update to 10.5.4? Any answers regarding this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!
