D380 Help!

Hi,

 

I am very new at this, so please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

 

I have a dell d380 laptop with windows xp pro already installed, and I have two partitions ( let's say 70gb NTFS and 30gb MacOS journaled for the sake of time, nvm how I got a os journaled partition) and I have my install disk ready. But- I can't seem to find any patches for my hardware
