erick.red Posted December 22, 2008 Share Posted December 22, 2008 hi guys: i recently get iatkos 5i and i want to installed. i had kaliway 10.5.1 and never could upgrade the system to 10.5.5, so i want make a fresh install with iatkos 10.5.5, but: i check md5sum of iatkos iso image, burned slowly on high quality dvd and boot from the disk, install fine, and when i reboot nothing. i don'y know what options select on iatkos installation. i'm installing on a free partition keeping old kaliway up and running this is my hardware specs that i got with a windows::everest from other pc identical to mine... CPU: Intel Pentium 4 650, 3400 MHz (17 x 200) Graphics Card: Intel® 82945G Express Chipset Family (128 MB) 3D acelerator: Intel GMA 950 RAM: 1GB Motherboard chipset:Intel Lakeport-G i945GC Tipo de BIOS AMI (11/13/07) BIOS: Vendor HaierComputer Versionn P5GC-TVM/S Date 11/13/2007 Size 512 KB Funciones disponibles Flash BIOS, Shadow BIOS, Selectable Boot, EDD, BBS Standards soportados DMI, APM, ACPI, ESCD, PnP keyboard: ps2 mouse: usb when installing i selected on Customize this options PCI EFI v9 AppleDecrypt SMBIOS Enablers (all of them) Kernel: voodoo 9.5 ACPI: x86 ACPI Disabler kext Remove PowerManagent OHR Remove Thermal from drivers: VGA: Graphics Update GMA 950b X3100 EFI string for ...
