Thomasasz
Hello everybody, i have finally installed iDeneb 1.3. It is great! However, there is one thing which is getting on my nerves The whole system is quite slow. E.g. when i am typing the text it takes about 0.5 sec to appear in the screen ( to be honest i am using Trust Wireless Deskest DC-3200 and it has no drivers for Mac ). So how i have said it is a little slow. Maybe there are any services which could be disabled? My specs: CPU Type Intel Celeron D 331, 2666 MHz (20 x 133) Motherboard Chipset Intel Springdale-G i865G Video Adapter Intel® 82865G Graphics Controller (96 MB) Audio Adapter C-Media CMI9739A/9761 @ Intel 82801EB ICH5 - AC'97 Audio Controller [A-2/A-3] Network Adapter Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC (192.168.1.2) Router ASUS WL520 RAM 512Mb Thank you very much! ameris_cyning
Well, here are the main issues that I see: Inferior CPU. A Pentium 4 would be better over a Celeron D. Integrated Graphics. Because of your integrated graphics, your CPU is doing both the job of CPU and GPU, which will slow everything down. The best advice is for you to get a new computer with more updated hardware, or upgrade your CPU and see if you can get a PCI Graphics card (NOTE: I said PCI, not PCI-e). PCI graphics is muuuuch better than integrated graphics.
