I need some help, I'm trying to install Kalyway 10.5.2 on the following specs:

Dg965WH Intel Mobo

8600 Nvidia Gfx

4gb Corsair Ram

1 TB seagate Baracuda Drive (Sata 2, Formatted as NTFS)

Sony IDE dvd drive

sse3 compatible core 2 duo chip

Available at my disposal

An IDE hard drive.

2 other Sata hard drives

alot of DVDs

Time :P

Okay so heres the deal: I pop the dvd in, it boots up fine, scrolls through all the text until it gets to the © apple (a whole bunch of info that is to long to post). It gets down to looking for drive (insert long number here) and then goes through some checks of the firewire/usb and finally reaches:

Still waiting for root device.

And repeats several times.

So of course my question is how to get around this? I've installed a ide hdd in hopes that that would fix it, but im still running into the same error. Ive tried all modes for the drive etc. in the bios. Basically, I just keep getting stuck here, and I'm not sure what I can do. Could someone please lend a hand?

Thanks
