beastmode
Well, After a few installs since the 10.4 releases I would like to say that this one will most likely stay installed. I always took the vista on first partition osx86 on the second partition approach , but soon got tired of the whole boot flagging problems , maybe there was a better way or right way to handle to booting , but this time around I had already decided that I would do it the other way around. So with 1 single 80 gig drive in my laptop , vista ultimate on one partition and windows 7 on the second partition I decided that I didn't want to run vista anymore because it just seems' to be slowing down daily . Windows 7 was working great nothing that I can complain of , so I figured I would delete the whole setup and start over with osx86 installed on the first part and windows 7 on the other part , I used boot camp on the windows seven part after installed and went ahead and clicked restart . Knowing that all my other attempts to have both installed and bootable without any tricks have been unsuccessful , so as the laptop does its final step before restarting I say damn I hope this works , and without missing a beat I mashed F8 and bam there it was my choice to choose either osx86 or windows 7 seven . I just wanted to point out to anyone out there , that this is possible I almost gave up on osx86 side by side with a vista or 7 or whatever, but after seeing boot camp on the apple site but never really paying any attention to it .It works just as it says .PERIOD. Thanks to all the info I have read on this forum and keep it up .
