No sound on GA-G31M-S2L motherboard

Hey,

Intsalled leopard using iDeneb 1.3 10.5.5 and it worked perfectly, the only thing is that audio doesnt work. The HCL suggests "Audio: Realtek ALC662 works 100% using Alc662 chipset patch on installer DVD", which I did but I have no sound. Looking around the forums, it seems that their audio devices have a different Audio ID in the system profiler. The info im provided in the system profiler is:

Intel High Definition Audio:

 

Device ID: 0x1458A002

Audio ID: 12

Available Devices:

 

I have tried a few different methods, installing different drivers, getting rid of certain kexts but nothing seems to be doing it. Anybody suggest anything?
