How to create a totally new Hackintosh-Desktop?

Im new in the OSx86 scene. 

 

I never used a Mac but I need it for Work, because it seems like I am the last person I know that still uses Windows.

 

But. MacPros are to ******* expensiv, so I want to create one from the beginning. Buy new Parts, everything and install a hacked mac version

 

I am reading through the Wiki-Site for one week and I am still not sure what to do, what should I pay attention to? 

 

what Mainboard? what Grafik-card? is it possible to buy good and probably even new parts, and just go through with a simple installation without a lot of driver-hunting and hacking?

 

is there a site which show how to create a new hackintosh desktop (not just the installation)

 

 

 

I would even like to keep windows, just in case, and for games, when I have the time. what should i install first? windows and then mac or OSx an then bootcamp?

 

My computerskills are not totally worthless, but this is a totally new world for me OSx and OSx86
