CDub50
Hello, I am trying to update my Chameleon boot loader to v1.0.12 to get ready to update to 10.5.6, but when I try and run the installer a pop comes up stating that it needs to determine if the software can be installed I click "Continue", but it states the Bootloader cannot be installed on this comptuer an error was encountered while running the InstallationCheck tool for "Bootloader". Does anyone know why it is failing or if it creates any logs as to why it is not installing? Any help would be appreciated. My system specs are below. CDub50
is the boot file in the root of the drive? Also do you have to copy the boot file via command line or can I just drag and drop into the root of the drive. I tried to drag and drop, but it stated I had insufficient permissions. Thanks again for the help. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/141112-chameleon-v1012-update-error/#findComment-999837 Share on other sites
