Touch multidirection unfunction with iAtktos v5i

Hi,

 

I'am french and i've got a friend how have a computer : ACER Aspire 9423WSMi

This computer have a touchpad with 3 touchs :

- left (for validate so a mouse)

- right (for option so a mouse)

- four direction (touch multidirection : up, down, right and left)

 

He have got iaktos v5i but his multidirection touch not working. Do you know what can he do for make it working ?

 

(He's got 2 others problems : graphic resolution not good for is graphic card NVIDIA GeForce Go 7300, and no wifi with intel 3945ABG)
