Sound and other issues after few installs

I have installed kalyway and iATKOS successfully with many attempts to work out the issues like wireless fixes and such. Since I am new to running mac on a PC I had to figure out what works best with my computer. I finally got it running excellent on kalyway, my wireless was working perfectly. But I noticed the sound was not working. The icon was not up and it was not detecting my speakers. But the first few times I tried iATKOS and kalyway the sound worked perfect, out of box, no flaws. Also now when I install any OS install disk the intro video freezes for the first 5 seconds or so, at the apple logo coming in, then resumes at the different languages. When I boot into vista my sound is perfect. So it is not a hardware problem, nor my speakers. I have deleted the partition, remade it, installed another hard drive in my computer for OS X, still, the same problem. I really do not know what to do anymore. Because it use to work so perfect. It seemed like right when I installed iDeneb(witch worked horribly), all the problems started happening. But I erased the install, and partition, and went fresh on a new drive. So I am totally stumped.
