hangs at BLUE screen when clicked "Display"

Guys.. Good news. I have passed the "Do you own..." loop successfully after I enabled Firewire from BIOS.

 

I successfully entered into Leopard, I changed the desktop background.

 

But when I clicked on "Display" to check resolution, I did not click anything just clicked "Display" nothing else. And I got stuck with this blue screen with no cursor, nothing on it.

 

 

We can be sure it is graphics problem ?? My gfx card is Palit 9800 GTX+

 

I know this card works in OSx86.

 

Can I resolve this issue without reinstalling OS ?
