1233666666
Don't you need OS X server for Xgrid? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/14028-xgrid-how-to/#findComment-89262 Share on other sites
Ouch
You need a mac os x server to act as an xgrid controller which farms out jobs to xgrid agents. The client on Mac OS X is just used for submitting jobs to an xgrid controller or recieving jobs from a controller. Bearcat
Sorry, forgot to add one thing, The 10.4 Server Admin tools referenced in the article, are PPC (for now). This works for me as I have the controller on a G4 anyways. They may run under Rosetta, but I have not tried that.
