Why my Laptop run Mac OS X slower than run it in VM, the same Laptop

i install thougth VM, it a version that made my some chinese people. 10.4.5

my xbench score in VM was about 30+

but in native boot, my xbench score was only about 5, only my disk score was about 30+, becasue i install scousi's ati ata driver.

in speedboost section, AppleTPMACPI.kext can casue kernel_tasks high CPU usage, but i do not have AppleTPMACPI.kext, the kernel_tasks still have 50+% CPU usage. but there is kernel_tasks process in the VM.
