Danica
First off, hello all - I'm new! I did a quick search of the boards for this error, and found a few topics, but wasn't quite clear on what they were saying. Anyway, I just got a new laptop and am attempting to create a dual boot with xp/OSX x86. I figured it would work well since the guts of my new laptop are almost identical to the new macbook pros. I got an iso of mac OSX x86 just fine and burned it just fine. If I boot with the DVD in my dvd drive and start up I get a message saying "press enter to install OSX". So I do. Then I get this: /.com.apple.Boot.plist not found ...setup cannot continue What is this .com.apple.Boot.plist?? How do I get this running?
