Diseal3
Hey all, I used the Iatkos 10.5.5 as well as the Ideneb 10.5.5 versions in addition to the iatkos 10.5.4 (Which works wonderfully.) but after I upgrade IT to 10.5.5 it gives me the same error. When I try to boot after Installation of these disk's I get a "Appleusbehci" Error Right before the machine freezes. However, I have gotten this error before on the iatkos 4 10.5.4 version and the machine still booted. I don't know why mac works with an old version and not the new one and would like some help is assisting the problem please =). Thank You in Advanced! You will need to post a screen shot of the boot error for people to help more fully..... Diseal3
Sure thing: http://img520.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img0008zb7.jpg http://img242.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img0009xf8.jpg http://img237.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img0010hn7.jpg http://img443.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img0011dc7.jpg Thank you for your help is advanced. Seeing you have a nforce MB hopefully you can point me in the right direction because i dont understand why 1 version would work and the latest wouldent. Dsmos loads and everything, it just gets hosed at this screen and stays there =(. Ive tried all 3 kernels also BTW on iatkos. Voodoo I know works because I used it on 10.5.4. Seeing that 10.5.5 offers many fixes on my real mac as well as the hackintosh community, i really want this update. P.s= In addition i have also tried bootflags "Cpus=1" and "maxmem=2048". Diseal3
Ok guys sorry for the multiple posts. I booted with -x, and I heard the security update fixes this problem so I did it and it eliminated the sand_box error however the computer still dosent boot without the -x flag. Im out of ideas. I would say mabye my video card but it booted before the update! *sigh*. I don't understand why it takes so long for someone to post, call me impatient but I'm supplying as much info as possible so I can be helped.
