10.4.3 was working fine but I couldn't get my WG511T Network Card to work on it and it says it's supported on the wiki in 10.4.5. So after obtaining 10.4.5 i burned it to a dvd and everything.

The cd takes a lot longer to boot than the 10.4.3 cd. Eventually I got to the install screen selected my volume which has 10.4.3 on it and selected upgrade. After the installer is 100% don with installing base system 1 I get an error and it tells me to restart. I've tried over and over but it keeps giving me an error. This cd is patched but I don't know what patches are on it.

Running a SSE2 2.02 GHZ.

It also seems as if it installed 10.4.4 on my system. And now I can't even log into the computer. I never set up a password to log in but now it's asking me for one and I don't have it! It says 10.4.4 above me user name which is the same as it was before the install error and my pic is also the same.

Earlier I was skipping the verify disc step and this time I didn't and it told me the disc has fingerprints or something when in fact the disc is scratchless and is brand new.
