Sidrek
Hi I have a problem with MacOSX 10.4.4 and 10.4.5, on boot appear: panic (cpu 1 caller 0x0019c352) unresolved kernel trap (CPU 1, type 14=page fault) HEX HEX HEX Debugger called: <panic> Problem is load of IOPCIFamily.kext, any kext that use IOPCIFamily.kext cause system crash. In my system: IOPCIFamily.kext (IONetworkingFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleRTL8139Ethernet.kext) and last NVIDIA driver use IOPCIFamily.kext. For complete boot I must move IOPCIFamily.kext from /System/Library/Extensions, but no Ethernet and Video Work, it's problematic. I haven't found solution of problem read this forum, even if I found anything http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?sh...98&hl=x0019c352 and http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?sh...92&hl=x0019c352 I had't similar problem with OSX 10.4.1 and 10.4.3 Any ideas? enrybkram
Hi Sidrek, What exactly did you mean by "FIRST"? Did you have multiple partitions on the disk? I am having the same problem, and only have a single partition on the disk. enrybkram
OK, I found out more about my problem. It is the Realtek Ethernet PCI card. I got OSX 10.4.5 to boot by removing the PCI card, then after removing the AppleRTL8139Ethernet.kext have got it to work with the card back in. Of course, I don't have an ethernet connection working.... And the old Dlink 10Mb/s is unrecognised... Simple as is, just disable the ethernet from your bios, and you will be more than done (at least I did!) Good luck FLX! and post if it worked for you Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/13973-panic-cpu-1-caller-0x0019c352/#findComment-417694 Share on other sites
