tristan202 Posted April 4, 2006 Share Posted April 4, 2006 After following Koverg's instructions, and applying the patch, i can't boot natively anymore. I get the infamous "Still waiting for root device". I followed all steps, including chown and chmod of the kext afterwards, and emptying the kextcache. My graphcis card is an ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M Series (0x5955). Anybody else with the same problem, or a solution to mine? tristan202 Posted April 5, 2006 Author Share Posted April 5, 2006 That didn't work for me. Now it won't boot at all. No "Still waiting for root device". It just stops during startup. You know that round thing that's spinning. It suddenly stops. I'll try and boot with -v, see if I learn something.
