Sloooow LAN network performance

Hi

 

I'm on iDeneb 10.5.5 using Asrock 945G-DVI MB with Realtek 8111b network chip.

 

I used the R1000 driver found on this board - works great on internet, p2p but local network speed is {censored}. On wireless access from my MBP I get <1MB/s. On my old Windows XP box (same hardware) I got way faster transfer speeds. Now I'm not even able to stream a movie without it stopping all the time to rebuffer

 

Hackingtosh is wired with gigabit to Time Capsule and MBP with 802.11g to TC.

 

Any ideas?
