Airlink awll6070 working driver for MAC OS X FOUND. It's the same driver for the Edimax

EW-7718Un, go to the sight download the driver and it should work, it did for me. You may have to configure in System Preferences (I can't offer more help than that).

1. Download & Install

2. Reboot

3. (just after rebooting) click on Ralink icon in dock to setup

Note: I had to tinker with Network Settings in System Preferences to get it working

Everyone at Insanely MAC has been so helpful, thank you so much :) , and I'm glad I can give back

P.S. This USB wifi "N" adapter is on sale at Fry's all the time or you can find it online

Please, I want everyone to reply. I would like everyone to have some great choices for inexpensive usb wifi adapters (especially "N"). Giving your experience with these devices will help so many people who don't want to pay a lot for wifi on a MAC, so please post your replies. Thank you, Firemac :D
