It's the same driver for the Edimax EW-7718Un, go to the sight download the driver and it should work, it did for me. You may have to configure in System Preferences (I can't offer more help than that). 1. Download & Install 2. Reboot 3. (just after rebooting) click on Ralink icon in dock to setup Note: I had to tinker with Network Settings in System Preferences to get it working Everyone at Insanely MAC has been so helpful, thank you so much , and I'm glad I can give back P.S. This USB wifi "N" adapter is on sale at Fry's all the time or you can find it online http://www.edimax.com/en/produce_detail.ph...1&pl2_id=44 Please, I want everyone to reply. I would like everyone to have some great choices for inexpensive usb wifi adapters (especially "N"). Giving your experience with these devices will help so many people who don't want to pay a lot for wifi on a MAC, so please post your replies. geiman Posted December 5, 2008 Share Posted December 5, 2008 While it's not N, the Hawking hwug1a is a great wireless adapter for macs that has an external mini sma connector to allow for larger antenna upgrades, all for only $25 at best buy. Works great w/out a problem for me. Hey everyone please please leave more tips on low price wifi like: Airlink AWLL3026 (b/g not wireless N), I used to buy these at Fry's for $10. They work great.
