Radiolike Posted December 3, 2008 Share Posted December 3, 2008 Im running a P4C800 E Deluxe (3,2GHZ P4 with HyperThreading) with onBoard SATA by FastTrak (promise). But when i try to install, my HDD doesnt show up in the graphical Disk Utility. Whats wrong? Drive is Western Digital 320GB Raid Edition (fresh out of the store) - SATA II Do i have to partition it with some other tool, is it too large or is the controller the problem? I would really not like to download Leo4All, cause i dont think it would do the trick... btw: already tried diskutil, but it cant be opened, it says most common problem is being in single user mode ^^ ... -.- ive worked it out by myself... kalyway only supports apple raid controllers, bought one on ebay, works fine now...
