KsbjA Posted December 3, 2008 Share Posted December 3, 2008 My father owns an iMac '07, it has Leopard and XP on it. Can he upgrade the XP to Vista, without messing Leopard up? (With 'upgrade', I mean really upgrading, not replacing, the existing installation.) Will the Mac's bootloader get messed up? Or will Vista's one start only after switching to the Vista HDD (Alt @ boot)? Thanks in advance. EDIT: Forgot to say, it was a special prepared version made for a tech store. Made to show that iMac can dualboot OS X and XP. It includes some special software.
