moby3 Posted December 2, 2008 Share Posted December 2, 2008 Hello, my Dell Dimension 8400 P4 3.6 GHZ Intel 925X ICH6R ATA-Drive/SATA-HD, MSI 7300 GS, BCM4318, Realtek 8139 doesn't work with iDeneb 1.3 10.5.5 and iAtkos 5i 10.5.5. iDeneb has no Intel ICH6 support. Only 7 up. During installation I wanted to open systemprofiler but it crashed. If it restarts after a longtime installation (permissions are wrong-->install log) there is a reloop. It stops at "extensions.kext". iAtkos 10.5.5 original Kernel doesn't work. Kernel Fassl and voodoo are working but the system is a little bit unstable. Safari hangs or if i want to push the button to open tray from dvd-rom it appears a circle if i am on the upon bar with my mouse. I tried various configs but no result. I have the same system (Dimension 8400) however after installing I see a grey screen for about a second and then the system crashes. Thanks!
