Casperkc Posted December 2, 2008 Share Posted December 2, 2008 Hello everyone A few days ago I decided to try the Kalyway 10.5.2 dvd, the install went very well, no errors and the system is working very good except for the internet. Here's my specs to give you a better chance of giving me advice: Asus P5N-E SLI Chipset (nForce 650i SLI) Onboad lan (Gigabit LAN featuring AI Net2 Marvell 88E1116 PHY) Intel Core2Duo E6600 2x1024mb Kingston DDR2 BFG 8800GTS OC2 324mb The only way for me to connect to the internet is with my dusty noname networkcard plugged in a pci port. Is there any way to make my chipset work? Whenever I insert my internet cable into my motherboard it never shows up. It would be very easy to just keep using my pci netcard, but after 4-5 mins. I loose the internet somehow and I have to reboot! I am very new to this, I hardly know to install applications yet so please go easy on me.
