Jahya Posted December 2, 2008 Share Posted December 2, 2008 Topic says it all. When using 4 cores of a quad, after 2 minutes my keyboard and mouse lock. OSX is still running fine in the background, animated items are still moving etc. Fixed when i set cpus=1, but obviously i'd like to be able to use all the cores. I had the same problem after installing nForce.kext for network, but after turning off the HPET the problem lost...
