Alexiase Posted April 3, 2006 Share Posted April 3, 2006 Hi (see conf a the bottom) When I installed OSX86 10.4.5 in nativ mode install screen is ok osx find the wifi card i select my ESSID my wep key everything is ok After the reboot (nForce4 reboot mode fail... seems to be a known issue) no more wifi I've tried to change the vendor ID... in apple.Airport2.kext and done the right chown .... nothing to do my card must be apple "known" otherwise it wouldn't be possible to reach the network during macosx86 installation any ideas?? conf: install 10.4.5 dvd bootable nativ mode asus a8nsli status ok amd x2 4400 SSE2 SSE3 status ok macosx86 HD PATA 80go status ok xp HD 300go sata not reachable Nvidia 6600GT silencer 256DDR status bad WIFI WL-8310 PCI (planet) ??? strange Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/13909-nomore-wifi-after-install-reboot/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
