Split the disk onto 3 partitions and install all Operating System's you want. Then, in a Microsoft OS, you download Acronis OS Selector and install it. It will create a very small partition that will boot before all partitions you have, and it will detect how many and which OS you got installed... then, you startup your machine and Acronis OS Selector is the firts thing that appears on you screen (after POST) and there you will be able to chose from which OS you wanna load.

You may mess up your MBR boot loader when you install XP if you are dual booting with Vista's boot loader. If you mess up your MBR, you may have to run Vista's recovery tools from Vista's install disk to fix the MBR. If that doesn't work there is a bootable disk image from NeaSmart, the makers of EasyBCD that you can download to fix the MBR.

 

I just went through the problem when I installed XP with Vista already installed.
