0o0 Posted December 1, 2008 Share Posted December 1, 2008 i tried installing bunch of kext but i didnt work at all.. i tried appleps2controller.kext. and acpips2nub.kext do i have to delete the old one?? btw this is a new installation im currently working with on screen keyboard.. and the keyboard and mouse work SOMETIMES through the installer and never after just running mac! hp pavilion dv6404ca using iatkos 10.5.4.. i used rd=diskXxY to my DVD and used the keyboard and mouse from there to finish the insllation process and used that to install the kext that i needed ... to get it to work.. and then i restarted it and tried but didnt work i used USB mouse insted of trackpad i dont have external usb keyboard just mouse... if anyone help me with kext or toget this keybord an trackpad working i can use usb mouse and onscreen keyboard lol thanks a lot Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/138975-keyboard-and-mouse-not-working-hp-laptop-iatkos-1054-amd/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
