As described in the title I'm attempting to run EA's Dead Space with Cider. I tried an install with Crossover Games, it was unsupported. So I went into the C:// drive and removed the Dead space folder, put it in the X3 Cider's transgaming c_drive folder, edited the plist. So here I am clicking my cider.app icon, but alas, it bounces in the dock and quits. Any advice anybody? Anybody have a working cider.app (redone for Dead Space, but without any illegal content) I can drag and drop MY Dead Space program files into?

I'm not a tech support guy, so I'm not sure what to tell you. Just wanted to note that just because this app is "unsupported" under CrossOver doesn't mean that it won't run. Lots of "unsupported" apps run fine; we just don't necessarily want to answer support tickets about them, is all. Have you tried installing the application under different "flavors" of bottles: Win95, '98, 2K, etc? That can sometimes yield favorable results.

Best Wishes,
