yalgee
I set my pc to osX with iDeneb v1.3 10.5.5 To avoid any panic I disabled the firewire. But now I got new handycam and I need firewire port to work. Do I need to reinstall from the beginning? or I have some other way to add driver only? Onboard IEEE 1394 controller for my Hackintosh is VIA VT6308P This is my spec for hackintosh. Synaesthesia
Looks like that Firewire chipset doesn't work/gives problems. I think the only way to fix it is to buy a PCI firewire card, get one at the bottom of this list, or any brand with a confirmed working chipset.
