And I don't have broadband (don't laugh but it's free so I download everything at work) so my internal PCI modem doesn't work. PCIe card = sapphire ATI Radeon X300SE (128DDR) Modem = agere v.90 PCI Can't run Final Cut Pro 5 or Shapeshifter (but can live with it), but apart from that everything is great! Any help on the ati or modem thing would be amazing cos I installed the latest beta of Vista and honestly, MS has taken everything that makes xp easy to use and ruined it. Thanks in advance. JonBOY Posted April 28, 2006 Share Posted April 28, 2006 I have jjust managed to get OSX86 10.4.1 up and running and am having some troubes with my 256 MB PCI-express nVIDIA GeForce 6600 video card. Macgirl, I see in your sig that running the exact same card, do I actually have to download and install a driver for this or should Mac OS have a native driver for it? or is it just not going to work with 10.4.1? I also have the modem drama, but first things first.
