Ryu-ka
You might not find this hard, but if you're unsure about what to do, then read this guide Note that you might want to take a look at this guide: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...=135428&hl= Step 1 Make sure that your internal HD has at least 10 to 20 GB free space. Use a partitioner like GPared Live CD or even the Ubuntu install disk. Step 2 Burn the iATKOS 2.0i iso image to a DVD-R or DVD+R (NO DVD-RW). Step 3 Boot into the DVD by restarting your computer, and pressing F12. Step 4 Now you should see the Darwin bootloader. Press F8, then type "-v" (no quotes). Step 5 The scrolling white text should start now. This might take a little time, so be patient. Step 6 After the white text goes away, it should reveal the first install window. Click the -> button. Step 7 The setup should load, and then you should be looking at a window that says Mac OS X Installer. Click the continue button. Step 8 Now to format your partition. Go to Utilities -> Disk Utility. Choose your Leopard partition. To make sure, look at the bottom of the screen. It should tell you how much free space the partition has. If you're sure that it is the correct partition, go to the erase tab. Name the partition, and select Mac OS X Extended (Journaled). Then click the erase button. Step 9 Quit Disk Utility, and you should see your partition shown in the list. Choose it and continue. Step 10 There's no need to customize anything, since almost everything works (like wifi). Step 11 Now click install. Wait until the install finishes, then click restart. Step 12 After the Hackintosh restarts, boot back into the DVD, but don't press anything when the bootloader counts down. Step 13 You should be able to access Leopard by using the DVD to boot, but of you can't access your other OS, and you used GParted Live CD, set your boot flags. So you've done it. To fix sound, use the Dell Post Install Pack. To dual boot, keep looking around the forum. Please reply of you've tried this guide, I want to know if this works for other people (not just my computer). EDIT: To boot without the CD, try using Chamelaeon boot.
