Zapata Posted November 13, 2008 Share Posted November 13, 2008 Running iDeneb 10.5.5 on my HP d530 Minitower (Intel 865G chipset) i can't get QE/CI+resolution and no networking. Having read multiple (older) post it seem that this combination won't work under Leopard, true or incorrect? Anyone got this working with another NIC and Graphics card? However it still works with 10.5.2 kernel, as far as I know. Check AGPGart thread. You need AppleIntel8255x.kext: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?act...ost&id=2319 Network is not working with the AppleIntel8255x.kext Any other ideas? I followed this guide for installing the kext ,http://osxupdate.blogspot.com/, replacing the name ofc. I reinstalled IDeneb with the Broadcom 5751 driver, had to set the MAC address manually with ifconfig but it works, so now the HP d530 Convertible minitower is fully functioning on 10.5.5 and everything is original beside the Geforce 6200 AGP. I will look today for another graphic card to but would be good to know at least that all other settings are cerrect.
