oldschool Posted November 13, 2008 Share Posted November 13, 2008 Hi! Ich hab´mir mal die Mühe gemacht und das neue Parallels 4 angetestet. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass entgegen der Version 3 die 4er nicht läuft. Beim Starten der VM kommt eine Meldung, dass keine "Virtualization Technology"-Unterstützung vorhanden ist. Ich beziehe mich hierbei auf die Prozessoren vor AM2 (745, 939, usw.). Ab AM2 soll´es angeblich funktionieren... Vielleicht kann das ja mal jemand verifizieren!?! Rgds. Würde mich aber doch noch interessieren, ob ein AMD-V taugliche CPU mit dem P4 laufen würde... Rgds. Man brauch keine Virtualization Technology Unterstützung, daher verstehe ich dein Problem nicht. Unter OSX kann VirtualBox die AMD-V Erweiterung, Parallels und VMWare für Mac kennen dies ja nicht. Die es auch wirklich nicht bei dem 939 X2 gibt. Rgds. hardy73 Posted November 30, 2008 Share Posted November 30, 2008 Bei mir läuft Paralles 4 auch nicht obwohl mein Q6600 die Intel VT Technologie unterstützt. Parallels meldet aber das sie nicht vorhanden ist. Warscheinlich fehlt die information im EFI.
