Connections between Parallels and emulated Win

I want to share the windows internet connection with leopard.

I have a modem that doesn't work on leopard but it works under xp, if I emulate windows and install the modem, is there a way to configure leopard/parallels to use the xp connection instead of the normal one?

I know usually leopard share the connection with parallels but i don't need it. I need leopard that use the "emulated connection".

 

If i can't do that with parallels, is there another program that allow me doing so?
