need a lil' help, just a question

ive been at it for about 20 hours now, 2 days straight.

ive db'd kalyway10.5.1/vista on a toshiba a205-s5800 and a dell inspiron 6000 both flawlessly, but im still new at this.

 

im working with a gateway cx2610 tablet.

Intel Pentium M Processor 740

Intel 915GM or 910 chipset / GMA900B or GMA950 / AC97' / Intel BG2200

 

so far ive tried jas 10.4.x and the video worked [with bluescreen after restart ] but the rest had no wireless, no ethernet but was seen, processor was correct.

 

then tried kalyway 10.5.1 and got it to go, but got blue screen after restart.

 

then tried iatkos v4.3 and couldnt get the settings right to even past first restart.

 

 

long story short. any one know which version to use with the specs i listed? i'd be mighty grateful.

ill be online atleast for another 6 hours if anyone sees this and can suggest anything, it'd be nice.

as i typed this i read in the kalyway instructions how to fix blue screen, awesome.

it seems to have a lot of support

never did figure out how to get the bluescreen fix to work yet either. yarrggh. this is tiresome.

Try the paperclip trick for the bluescreen problem. Seems to be the best way around that problem on the 900/915 chipset.
