retroz Posted March 31, 2006 Share Posted March 31, 2006 Ok, 10.4.3 seems to install good on my system AMD64, I have a high clock so I like it, but driver support, PCI, AGP for ATI and or FXNvidia are still not as stable as I would like (and am still looking to see if anyone has dual display)... So my questions are: What would be the best and fastest OUT OF THE BOX setup, obviously a GMA900 onboard but with the ability to UPGRADE to a faster GPU down the road so one can use FINAL CUT PRO. 2) Is there a system that is similar to the above where one could use a Celeron at first then switch to a dual core? 3) What is the future of the INTEL CPU's that are supposed to come out? Will that be when the newer MAC G6's will be out? Will they use the new CPU's from INTEL? Thanks!
