blazeblake Posted November 10, 2008 Share Posted November 10, 2008 Hey, I was just wondering if there is any specific guide for this motherboard as i have tried installing the kalyway DVD on my PC like 4 times and they all would not even boot into mac off the HD after installing. I was viewing some of the topics and it seems that they all got the OS to boot off the HD and were having some problems with the sound. I thought that I was doing sumtin wrong so i wanted to know if any could point me in the right direction or give me a link to a proper guide for installing osx86 on my PC. Kalyway 10.5.2 disc (that worked fine on another computer) won't work on my Gigabyte EP45-DS3L. The install works fine (I followed the guide and all BIOS settings) but after the first reboot it cannot see the hard drive. Just gives the EBIOS read error: timeout. Really weird. Just using a single SATA drive, 1 partition, nothing fancy. Any ideas?
