Deactivate Input Remapper

Hi,

 

I was trying to play a game and I understood that the input remapper was the one to freeze the game.

I wanted to know :

 

1) How to deactivate the input remapper

 

2) If not deactivable, I suppose you must uninstall it, but then : What will it change ?
