Denicio
Hello, i have a nForce 610i chipset on my mobo. Currently i have installed iDeneb 10.5.5 with no chipset options selected whatsoever. Everything works ok, my disks are set in AHCi mode. i was wondering if i should install any extra driver like the nForceATA kext in order to get improved performance from my HDs? geiman
I've got an nForce 680i, and my hard drive performance increased dramatically by using the test apple nforce ata kext instead of the regular nforce ata kext. Maybe you already use this one, but just thought I'd let you know.. Actually i don't use currently any of the two, my system works OK without any chipset kext (my disks are set in AHCi mode). I will definitely try the one you suggested.
