xzmk07
I installed Kalyway 10.5.3 onto my system. Everything went fine but when I tried to connect to the internet it didnt work. I tried changing the network settings but there was no option for cable modem/ethernet. I don't think OSX recognized my ethernet port. How can I fix this? cpu: amd 3700+ sd mobo: lan party nforce ultra-d Marvell Yukon LAN Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/134937-installed-kalyway-but-wont-connect-to-internet/ Share on other sites
missionaborted
Chances are your PC configuration is not compatible with airport and vie versa. It took me a long time to get around this, but I finally found a program called Network Selector. This might solve your problem. Also, you may have to find a driver for your ethernet card if it is not being recognized in the system preferences under "network." Hope this helps Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/134937-installed-kalyway-but-wont-connect-to-internet/#findComment-956382 Share on other sites
xzmk07
Is Kalyway the best for my setup? Is there any other versions that I should use for my AMD? The Marvell Driver was already installed with Kalyway so idk how it didnt recognize my ethernet.
