strunk436 Posted November 5, 2008 Share Posted November 5, 2008 I just finish downloading Kalyway 10.5.2 Dvd and burn it into Dvd and set my bios after. When booting, it says, HD system type-(0b) missing operating system_ did i not burn it correctly or what? I cant even get started! Do i need to do anything before booting the DVD? strunk436 Posted November 6, 2008 Author Share Posted November 6, 2008 ermm, i suppose setting my bios refers to setting the boot priority. =) im glad someone replied. tx Well, i dont think there's anything wrong with booting the disk as i booted my windows xp cd earlier on to see if there's anything wrong with my booting priority. I can boot windows xp cd without a problem. And yes, i did burn disk at minimum speed possible. when booting, it says: HD system type-(0b) missing operating system_ and the only way to get reboot is the restart my computer. I cant even type or ctrl+alt+del. U think it has anything to do with the DVD? or do i need a setupdisk?
