fiber98
All, I have searched through several forum topics and not found a solution for the issue that I am having (don't shoot me if one is out there). I recently purchased an HP DV9920US (AMD), the BIOS (like many HP's) is crippled. The issue I have (and i have tried every Leopard install and rev it seems from iDeneb to Jas to Kalway) is that the SATA drives are not detected on boot. The BIOS on the Laptop is F.30, i have been unable to open the bios file with either the Pheonix Editor (which doesn't read the HP stuff anyway) or an HP bios unpacker. Any help or assistance would be great... Thanks in advance. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/134878-installation-on-hp-dv9920us/ Share on other sites
fiber98
Any thoughts on how I could get my SATA discs to reccognize even though I can't modify the SATA mode?
