Sigmatel 9223?

I have a sigmatel 9223 and I have tried everything Ive seen. Im about to give up and by a usb sound card but if anyone has an easy fix that would be awesome.

heres what got my sigmatel HD 9228 working

 

i loaded the 2 kext in applehda-sigmatel9228-hdas (downloaded) with kext helper 7 (download) yours will be 9223.

 

Drag appleHDA enabler to kext helper first

then your kext.

 

i went into windows device manager to find device ID and found this HDAUDIO1ven 8384 and ect. this was my device info, you will have to get yours.

 

I edited the sigmatel 9228 codec that i downloaded from a site that had about 20 different codec

 

my edit was

vendor ID: 0x834769 (this is ven# & dev# combined)

Subsystem ID 102801c4 (changed all this)

Revision ID 0x101022 (changed last 4)

 

then saved as codec .txt drag to appleHDA patcher (Tauga)

rebooted everything worked, even the Bose speakers

That one does not work for me.

 

I am able to get 9223 working with hdaenabler with a variety of dumps but I cannot get automute to work. To be honest I'd settle for just having the headphones work and not the speakers.
