Thanks. Not sure there's really a question as to what perhaps the major differences are regarding the two different OS's versions...thanks! However, as your question is a general BT one, basicaly it means that the file intergrity from when it was written on the disk is different from what it found. This is a general error, and could be attributed to any number of causes, from hard-drive failure to not shutting down Windows correctly or BT properly. For the advantages of 10.4.5, please check some of the other threads here, as with this topic you probably won't get all that many replies.
