Buggy Keyboard

Hi,

 

I use a generic Dell USB keyboard. While I can get the CTRL, WINDOWS, and ALT keys on the left side of the keyboard to work as "CTRL," "OPTION," and "COMMAND" for OSX purposes, I'm having some trouble getting the ALT key on the right side of the keyboard to work as "COMMAND." Does anyone have any ideas?
